The form has been on the rise for years now - ever since Spike Lee let the cat out of the bag with his film Bamboozled. Since that time several stars have worn blackface on Comedy Central: David Spade, Greg Giraldo, Dave Chappelle, Sarah Silverman, Carlos Mencia, and others.<br><br>Blackface rules!
